About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Specialist with proven experience in the CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) industry. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition in assigned region (Bangalore / Mumbai).
- Identify, target, and onboard large enterprise customers across industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for CPaaS solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Video, APIs, etc.).
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and solution discussions with CXOs and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding & client success.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in CPaaS / SaaS / Telecom enterprise sales.
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of CPaaS ecosystem SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, APIs, RCS and enterprise communication solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
