Roles & Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program governance and delivery tracking across SDLC phases and sprint cycles. Prepare executive-ready presentations for leadership and client reviews, converting complex delivery data into clear business narratives.

Create and maintain key PMO artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and meeting minutes.

Use Jira dashboards and reports to track sprint progress, backlog, defects, and release readiness.

Consolidate delivery metrics into structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly program summaries. Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for milestones, resources, financials, and KPIs. Ensure data accuracy and alignment across Jira, PMO trackers, and executive reports. Coordinate with program managers, engineering, QA, and leadership teams to gather updates and drive action closures. Support governance meetings, leadership reviews, and client reporting cycles. Assist in tracking resource utilization, capacity, and budget vs. actuals in a services delivery environment.

Maintain consistent documentation standards, templates, and reporting formats across programs. Contribute to improving the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of program communications.
