Varahe Analytics - Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful product launches that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop product features and improvements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success post-launch.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals and manage expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements and user stories.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar
