Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications for our housing finance business.

What you will do: You will assess customer creditworthiness, review loan applications, and manage the loan lifecycle from origination to closing.

Key responsibility:

• Source new loan applications
• Assess customer creditworthiness
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare loan documentation

• Manage the loan lifecycle from origination to closing
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in loan origination or a related field
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of loan underwriting guidelines
