Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ORC Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize HR processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with specialization in ORC.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
