Deputy General Manager-Module Quality & Design

To lead solar PV module design, product engineering and end-to-end quality management, ensuring that products meet stringent performance, reliability, safety and regulatory requirements. The role will drive design optimization, product qualification, manufacturing quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction while supporting new product development, cost competitiveness and business growth. The position will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Process Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality, reliable and commercially competitive solar modules.
