• Maintenance Technician – Plumbing

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician – Plumbing with strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting electrical technicians and assisting with general maintenance activities across our facilities.

Your responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify water leaks, blockages, and plumbing fixture faults.
• Assist electrical maintenance technicians with basic maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and other facility systems and report maintenance issues.
• Carry out minor general maintenance works as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in proper condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Maintain records of completed maintenance activities and update maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.

Skill sets/Experience we require

• 2 years of experience in facility/building maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, fixtures, and repairs.
• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and ability to safely assist electricians.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and prioritize urgent issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel to different company locations/sites, if required.

Pedigree

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Fitter, or a related trade.
• Multi-skilled maintenance training/certification is preferred.
• Relevant experience in commercial offices, warehouses, or industrial facilities will be an added advantage.
