Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will work on lead generation, market research, and identifying new opportunities for business growth with our institutional business partners. Responsibilities include building institutional client relationships, pursuing strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service while achieving organizational goals. The role will also involve collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance data, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in lead generation strategies and executing market research initiatives to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  • Demonstrated customer service expertise to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Familiarity with or experience in the housing finance sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred industry experience would be from hospitality, media, and any other industry involving institutional sales.
  • Min years of experience 4 and max 6.
