We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support our daily accounting and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring IT department budgets, forecasts, and financial plan.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for financial efficiency
  • Assist in analyzing financial data to support decision-making
  • Assist in preparing for audits and provide support during audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, auditing invoices.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Preparing monthly MIS, Accounting Records, Financial Statements/ Reports
  • Vendor and Stock Management

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and MS Office Suit.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power point.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
