Investment Banking Associate - M&A

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our M&A team, working closely with senior bankers on high-profile transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct industry and company research.
• Support senior bankers in all aspects of M&A transactions.
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials for clients.
  
• Manage data rooms and due diligence processes.
• Interact with clients and other stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with valuation methodologies.
