Junior Investment Banking Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our M&A team, supporting senior bankers on live transactions. Your contributions will directly impact deal execution and client success. This is a high-impact role with excellent learning opportunities.

What you will do: You'll conduct financial modeling, industry research, and valuation analysis. You'll assist in preparing presentations and pitch books for clients. This role offers a fast-paced and engaging environment.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses of target companies.
• Preparing presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Conducting industry research and competitive analysis.
• Supporting senior bankers in all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
• 
  Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.
• Maintaining databases and financial information.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Financial Modeling).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
