Venture Capital Associate - Deal Sourcing

What role you will play in team: You'll be instrumental in sourcing and evaluating potential venture capital investment opportunities.

What you will do: You'll identify, screen, and analyze promising startups and innovative companies for investment consideration.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and screen potential investment opportunities through networking, market research, and online platforms.
• Conduct due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and market research.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations summarizing findings and investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.

• Contribute to the investment committee process and support deal execution.
• Monitor portfolio companies' performance and provide updates to the investment team.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem (preferred).
• Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial database software.
