Job Description
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and execute the Digital Manufacturing roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
- Align digital investments with productivity, quality, cost optimization, safety, and sustainability goals.
- Drive continuous innovation across manufacturing plants.
Business Analysis & Digital Solution Design
- Partner with plant operations and business teams to understand manufacturing challenges.
- Convert business requirements into digital solution blueprints.
- Prepare process maps (Current & Future State), user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Define measurable KPIs and success criteria for every initiative.
Program Governance & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of digital transformation programs.
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate vendor evaluation, onboarding, NDA execution, procurement (PR/PO), and implementation.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, IT, Automation, Data Science, Engineering, and external technology partners.
- Resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
- Align business priorities with technology capabilities.
Digital Adoption & Value Realization
- Define baseline metrics and measure business value generated from digital initiatives.
- Drive plant-level user adoption through structured change management and training programs.
- Monitor solution usage and ensure continuous value realization after deployment.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or related discipline.
- MBA / PGDBM preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Digital Transformation, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Excellence.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
