Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Rajpura. The intern will assist in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and crafting HR policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include aligning HR strategies to business goals, handling employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management-related tasks. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to the organizations growth while supporting employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Ability to manage Employee Benefits and handle Personnel Management tasks effectively
