We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our work-from-home voice process team in India. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving queries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls effectively and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  Qualification:12th and above

• Experience:0-1 year experience in BPO
• Shift: Male :24/7 Rotational shift
• Female: 7am-9pm (Any 9hours),1 rotational off
• Salary: 15k- 20k
• Process: Customer support/Tele calling/semi voice
• Languages: English and Hindi
• Designation: Customer Support Executive
• Location: HRBR Layout Bangalore
• Age Cut Off: 36 Years
