About the Role:


As a Partner Manager for Cloudifys Accounting Channel Program, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and supporting accounting professionals and firms across India to promote Cloudifys software solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic partnership development, revenue generation, and hands-on partner enablement to drive business growth and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Partnership Development


- Identify and recruit qualified accounting professionals including CAs, firms, and consultants across India.


- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy tailored to the accounting segment.


- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.


- Manage the entire partner lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and activation.


2. Revenue Generation:


- Drive subscription-based sales through established accounting partner channels.


- Collaborate with internal sales teams to close partner-influenced deals.


- Track and forecast sales pipelines accurately.


- Support partners in their client acquisition and deal closure efforts.


3. Partner Enablement and Support:


- Design and deliver tailored training sessions for partners.


- Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral for partner use.


- Provide ongoing technical and business support.


- Monitor performance and recommend strategies for improvement.


4. Market Development:


- Represent Cloudify at relevant events and conferences within the accounting and fintech sectors.


- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategy.


- Provide partner/client feedback to the product and strategy teams for improvements.


- Expand Cloudifys geographic footprint in at least 5 major Indian markets.

- Independent Chartered Accountants


- Regional Accounting Firms


- Tax & Compliance Consultants


- Bookkeeping Service Providers

- Annual partner-sourced subscription growth


- Partner recruitment and activation rates


- Partner retention and satisfaction


- Geographic expansion and client conversion


- Timely and quality partner support


Performance Reviews:


- Monthly performance check-ins on sales and partner metrics


- Quarterly strategic reviews and realignment


- Annual review for goal setting
