As a Business Consultant You will be enrolled in a rigorous training program followed by in-house certifications. In your first one or two assignments, you will work closely with a Lead Consultant. Later, based on your skill development, you will act as a Lead Consultant with the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solution design along with subject area experts.
- Conduct buy-in sessions with senior / middle management.
- Manage, drive and lead the project in a functional area (production, distribution, sales, or projects) for getting the desired results.

- Not Desired - Belief that Consulting is a lot about impressing clients with fancy presentations and bulky report.

Required Experience:
Engineer + MBA with total 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Distribution or ETO environments.
Qualification:
Full-time MBAs (flagship courses from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 batches) of below campuses:
- IIM - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow
- ISB
- XLRI

- FMS Delhi
Compensation:
Competitive salary as per the market.
