Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, branding, lead generation, and business promotion activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to execute online and offline marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support event marketing, partnership activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign creatives and communication materials.
• Maintain campaign data, lead records, and marketing reports.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts.
• Experience with social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, or business promotion roles.
• Experience handling online and offline marketing activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in IT, SaaS, or technology-based companies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Experience in content coordination, campaign analysis, and branding activities.
• Exposure to event marketing and partnership campaigns.
