Job Description
- As an Agentic AI Developer at our company, you will be responsible for crafting intelligent, autonomous learning agents that evolve with user behavior. Your role will involve building AI personalities and decision-making systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to guide students through personalized learning journeys.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop autonomous, goal-driven agents that adapt to student behavior patterns
- Build multi-turn conversational AI systems capable of 15+ turn educational dialogues
- Implement agent memory systems using vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, and Pinecone
- Develop sophisticated LLM integration strategies with intelligent model routing
- Create behavioral intelligence systems with adaptive nudging to improve engagement by 30%+
- Build APIs and microservices for agent communication and state management
- Implement agent orchestration using LangChain, CrewAI with OAuth 2.0 and AES-256 encryption
**Qualifications Required:**
- 1+ years of AI/ML development experience with strong Python programming and LLM integration
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Mistral
- Proficiency with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph
- Experience in building conversational AI systems with memory management
- Knowledge of vector databases and similarity search tools like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone
