Job Description
- As a UI/UX Architect at Vedita Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design culture and establishing the visual foundation of our AI-native learning platform. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the design direction for over 100,000 students while creating scalable design systems for our React.js PWA and mobile-first educational platform.
Your key responsibilities will include establishing design principles, processes, and culture specific to the React.js PWA educational platform. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining a comprehensive design system that spans across multiple product teams. Additionally, you will design adaptive interfaces that respond to learning behavior, integrate with AI/ML systems, and improve user engagement through gamified experiences.
To ensure the success of your role, you will need to collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to design intelligent tutoring and personalized learning interfaces. Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing will be essential to validate your designs and make data-driven decisions. Your performance will be measured based on metrics such as user engagement, design system adoption, user satisfaction, conversion optimization, and mobile experience.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in design systems and educational platforms. Proficiency in Figma and XD, along with experience in mobile-first, responsive design for learning platforms, is required. You should also have a strong understanding of frontend technologies, accessibility standards, user research methodologies, and data-driven design.

Moreover, expertise in gamification principles, behavioral design, learning engagement strategies, and AI/ML interfaces is highly desirable. Experience in motion design, data visualization, educational analytics dashboards, and mobile app design will be advantageous. Your attitude should reflect a passion for using design to solve educational challenges, empathy for diverse learner needs, and a growth-oriented mindset towards potentially leading a design team.
