Seeking Independent Directors (Board)
Vedanta, an owner-driven Global critical minerals and energy company, operates a $30bn portfolio and contributes 1.4% to Indias GDP powered by a workforce of over 100,000 people.
Our growth phase starts with the planned demerger into 5 independent sector-leading entities, supporting industries that power the world. We are looking for Global leaders with relevant experience to join the boards of our future businesses.
What were looking for:
- Experience and skills in Operations, Finance, Strategy, HR, M&A, Legal or other relevant fields
- Oversight of global capital markets and familiarity with relevant investor/stakeholder ecosystems
- Experience with organizational transformation or PE-style operating models
- To add value to the business, guide and support Vedantas vision
- Industry (resources, energy, manufacturing or technology), Advisory or government experience is advantageous
