To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Head of Audit & Assurance Services, Vedanta Jharsuguda.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct trend analytics for cost optimization and work towards increasing control automation
• Work on business controls and risk managementand financial assurance
• 
  Monitor and improve areas from Group MAS exco and COP sessions
• Ensure CAPA compliance / implementation of audit findings
• Improve Tier ratings (focus on A ratings in PV, MIS, Projects)
• Benchmark SOPs/ Best Practices with other BUs and implement Score-Card driven culture
• Perform independent checks; flag potential malpractices
• Act as SPOC for all audits, assessments and reviews carried out centrally from Group MAS

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes

• BE/B.Tech/CA/MBA with relevant experience
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knack in Digital, AI Technology, data analysis, critical thinking, global benchmarking and business partner management.
• Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
