We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices against purchase orders, GRNs, and approvals.
• Process vendor payments and track payment due dates.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate GST and TDS entries and maintain compliance documentation.
• Prepare AP ageing reports and outstanding payment summaries.
• Maintain vendor master data and support internal and statutory audits.
• Follow internal controls and ensure timely completion of AP activities.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
• Understanding of GST and TDS.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
