- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday–Friday (Work from Office), Saturday (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate hiring records.
