- HR Business Partner (HRBP
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role focuses on driving talent initiatives, strengthening performance management, enhancing employee engagement, and providing strategic HR support to enable business success. This position requires flexibility to work in the evening shift to support business and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable HR initiatives and people programs.
  • Drive succession planning, internal mobility, and capability-building initiatives to support long-term talent needs.
  • Enable and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver targeted development programs.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and recommend action plans to improve employee experience, retention, and productivity.
  • Use HR data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Track the effectiveness of HR interventions and continuously improve people practices and policies.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while balancing business objectives with employee needs.


Required Skills & Competencies:

    Strong understanding of core HR processes and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in HR tools and MS Excel.
  • Capability to handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role.
  • Hands-on exposure to talent management, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
