Vegrow - Manager - HR Business Partner - IIM/MDI/XLRI/TISS

Vegrow is building the operating system for India's fruits and produce supply chain. We're looking for a business-minded HRBP to independently own the people agenda for one or more business functions and, as an equal priority, to lead org-wide projects and transformation interventions that build the company for scale. High ownership, high impact, in a fast-scaling start-up.
Org projects & transformation:
- Lead or co-lead high-impact, org-wide projects end-to-end from problem definition and design to rollout and adoption.
- Drive organisation design and transformation interventions: role architecture, spans and layers, restructures, and change management as the business scales.
- Build talent development at scale capability frameworks, learning journeys, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Own engagement and culture initiatives surveys, action planning, and rituals that keep teams motivated through hyper-growth.

- Shape the compensation and rewards model benchmarking, salary structures, and pay-for-performance frameworks.
Business partnering:
- Partner as a trusted HR partner to business leaders owning the full employee lifecycle (workforce planning, performance, growth, ER) for your functions.
- Coach managers on team structure, feedback, and tough calls, and use people data to drive proactive interventions.
- Act as the bridge between the business and central HR to turn business needs into people programs.
What we're looking for:
- 3-6 years of relevant HR / HRBP experience.
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed B-School.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch you thrive in a start-up environment.
- Willing to travel regularly to regional and field locations.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and a bias for action.
- Someone who gets into depth and operates beyond surface.
