• Hiring – Senior Software Engineer -FACETS Developer
• Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Trivandrum
• Experience: 4 – 9 Years
• We are looking for experienced FACETS Developers with a strong background in the Healthcare domain and hands-on expertise in FACETS application development and support.
• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support solutions on the FACETS platform.
• Work on FACETS modules including Membership, Claims, Workflow, Accumulations, and Medical Plans.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform vendor integrations, data migrations, and FACETS upgrades.
• Support production environments, incident management, and SLA-driven deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 4–9 years of IT experience with strong Healthcare domain exposure.
• Hands-on experience with FACETS development and support.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Membership
• Claims
• Workflow
• Accumulations
• Medical Plan modules
• Expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Knowledge of claims adjudication processes.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom FACETS extensions.
• Exposure to FACETS upgrades and migration projects.
• Experience in vendor integrations and data conversion activities.
• Knowledge of .NET, C, and Azure migration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
