Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling calls, greeting guests and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
- Provide basic information about the organisation to guests and callers
- Coordinate with staff to support office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred Graduation
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role preferred
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email phone systems)
