Job Description
- You will be responsible for engaging in telesales activities as a Telesales Executive. Your fluency in English, Hindi, and one Regional language such as Malayalam, Bengali, or Tamil is essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all supported languages are required. You should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must possess the ability to effectively pitch products and services, along with strong problem-solving skills and patience.
This position is based in Noida and is offered as a Full-time, Permanent opportunity suitable for fresher candidates.
Additionally, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shifts and rotational shifts, with the possibility of earning a performance bonus.
