Project Manager - Digitalization

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation and technology projects across Solar, Wind, and BESS assets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising IT, OT, engineering, operations, SCADA, IoT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Drive implementation of digital solutions for renewable energy asset monitoring, operations, analytics, automation, and performance improvement.
- Coordinate IT/OT integration initiatives involving SCADA, IoT platforms, data systems, and operational technologies.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation plans.
- Establish effective PMO governance, reporting, documentation, and project controls.
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, depending on project requirements.
- Track project progress against timelines, budgets, quality parameters, and agreed KPIs.
- Work with technology and business teams to identify opportunities for process digitization and automation.
- Manage external technology partners, system integrators, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure proper testing, deployment, user adoption, documentation, and project closure.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization across digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Digital Transformation / IT / OT Project or Program Management.

- Experience managing technology projects in the renewable energy / power sector, preferably across Solar, Wind, and/or BESS.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, IoT, IT/OT integration, and digital technologies.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as:
1. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
2. Hybrid delivery models
- Strong knowledge of PMO processes, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience using MS Project and Azure DevOps for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management from initiation through implementation and closure.
