Job Description

: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify target companies, develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns (email, social media), and qualify/nurture leads until they are sales ready.
  • Marketing Material Development: Create high-impact marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, white papers) and translate complex technical services into clear value propositions.
  • Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and report findings to the Division Head.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the IT services, software development, or embedded systems industry.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Must Have Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully generating qualified sales leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and market trends.

Good to Have Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems, software development life cycles, and IoT technologies.
  • Basic understanding of utilizing relevant AI tools to expedite day to day work
