• We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a contractual basis and drive end-to-end hiring for identified business mandates.

Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Noida | Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates, from sourcing and assessment to offer closure.

• Build strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, market mapping, referrals and digital platforms.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing effectiveness and recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within consumer, retail or FMCG.

• Prior Agency experience is mandatory

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple mandates and senior stakeholders.

• Strong sourcing, market mapping, assessment and negotiation skills.

• Outcome-oriented, commercially aware and comfortable working in a flexible engagement model.

• A fixed payout, along with additional incentives linked to each successful closure.
