Role Overview:

As a Relationship Sales Executive for Veronas premium services, you will play a key role in redefining how Indians approach finding lifelong partners. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their relationship goals, and guiding them toward the most suitable matchmaking or premium consulting services. This position requires a blend of consultative selling, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development & Sales

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Veronas premium services.
  • Identify & convert opportunities for upselling services (ticket size ranging up to to 2 lakhs) to meet clients evolving needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the premium membership plans.
  • Contribute insights to enhance Veronas outreach strategy for premium clientele.

2.Client Acquisition & Lead Management

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients suitable for the premium services, through referrals, events, social networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Present the premium services proposition confidently, emphasizing its exclusivity, personalization, and success outcomes.
  • Convert qualified leads into active members through persuasive, empathetic, and consultative sales discussions.

3.Relationship Building & Client Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and confident in the service.
  • Maintain strong post-enrollment relationships to foster satisfaction, referrals, and renewals.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in every client interaction, aligning with Veronas brand promise of privacy and trust.

4.Collaboration & Service Coordination

  • Work closely with the matchmaking, coaching, and client success teams to ensure seamless handovers and exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide clear communication on client preferences, personality traits, and expectations to help matchmakers create compatible pairings.

Key skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of matchmaking and dating industry trends.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding networking skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors/ Masters from a Tier 1 institute (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience working in client facing, relationship building or sales role

Location/Work Environment: The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, India.
