Designation / Title : Assistant Manager Maintenance (Mechanical)

Location - Thaiyur, Chennai

Experience Range : 5 - 9 Years
Qualifications : DME or B.E or BBA or MBA

Preferred Industry : Home Appliances / Automotive industry / Electrical & Electronics.

Key Competencies required

• 
  Knowledge of experience in Motor Stator Winding machines & Armature winding machines, Turning Machines, Material removing Balancing Machines & Manual Balancing Machines. Assembly machines, Conveyors, Pneumatic Presses, Trickling Machines, Pick and Place Mechanical assembly Methods for robotic machine
• Knowledge of experience in Machine Mechanical Drawings, Auto cad drawings, Pneumatics Circuits, Hydraulic circuits, Jigs & Fixtures.
• Knowledge about Why, Why Analysis, , MTTR, MTBF, Basics of TPM, Abnormality correction, 6S, Brainstorming session, critical spare maintenance, Kaizen, Preventive maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance
• Exposure in Compressor, DG, Dryer, 11KV HT yard, VCB, ACB, MV panel, DG synchronization
• Critical Spare maintenance, spares sourcing & Ordering.
• PM Planning and Execution, Corrective maintenance, Break down attending with team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Break down maintenance in all types of stator and armature winding machines, Armature Turning machines, Trickling machines, Pneumatic Pressing machines, Hydraulic Pressing machines
• Preventive maintenance, Time based maintenance, Condition based maintenance Planning and execution with team.
• Abnormality correction in all machines to reduce break down time.
• MTTR & MTBF improvement corrective actions based on B/D data analysis
• Critical Spare Maintenance, Reduce maintenance Cost, Reduce Energy Cost.
• Efficiency Improvement, Cycle time Reduction, Improve Zero Failure machine.
• Kaizen / OPL # One Point Lesson / Why, Why Analysis.
• To be come in shifts and need to work on shop floor for B.D control and all type of maintenance activity.
