Senior Manager/Associate Director - Mid Corporates Business Development - NBFC

Position: Sr Manager/ Associate Director-Mid Corporates Business Development (Bangalore/ Gurgaon)
Role:
- The role is for management of existing and new relationships with Mid Corporates
- Origination of new credit rating mandates from these debt issuers
- Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for the Company in the region
- Raising the profile of the Company's brand through consistent marketing to bankers, investors etc. in the region

- In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates
- Working closely with the analytical teams.
- From the outset the individual will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with excellent opportunities for self and career development. The role involves travel.
Experience:
- MBA/CA with 6-15 yrs of experience in Corporate Banking/ Relationship Management of Mid Corporates in a Bank/NBFC or in Origination of Debt Capital Market Mandates. Experience in selling financial services to Mid-sized corporates
- Should have excellent relationships with senior decision makers among these Corporates
- Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of corporate credit analysis
- Strong marketing, Sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong focus on revenue generation
