Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for conducting manual QA testing on Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom objects. Your role will involve various testing types such as Functional, Regression, UAT, API testing (REST/SOAP), and Integration testing. Additionally, you will work with automation tools like Selenium and Playwright to validate triggers, classes, and batch jobs in Apex. Your expertise in SOQL/SOSL will be essential for writing queries to ensure data validation in Salesforce. Experience with data loading tools like Data Loader and Workbench will also be required. Furthermore, you will utilize test management tools such as Jira, Xray, and Zephyr to manage test cases effectively. Your familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, will be beneficial for collaboration with admins, developers, and business users to maintain high-quality code and suggest testing solutions. Effective communication with client technical partners to clarify requirements and align on implementation will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Implement and enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support release management, UAT, and production validation while ensuring performance, security, and compliance testing.
- Mentor junior QA team members, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes and practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in QA and minimum 5+ years in Salesforce application.
- Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, and estimation.
