Head - Legal - Non-Litigation - BFSI

Role Overview :
As the Head of Legal (Non-Litigation), you will serve as the primary legal architect for the organization, steering the company through complex regulatory landscapes and commercial negotiations. You will work closely with the C-suite, business unit heads, and external consultants to ensure that all corporate activities are legally sound, risk-mitigated, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
By providing proactive legal counsel and robust contract management, you will directly influence the companys ability to scale operations, secure high-value partnerships, and maintain impeccable corporate governance standards in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to protect the companys interests while facilitating seamless business operations.
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters to ensure the organization remains ahead of evolving legal frameworks.
- Oversee end-to-end legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments to minimize financial and operational exposure.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios and data privacy initiatives to safeguard the companys intangible assets and customer trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into legally enforceable structures that support sustainable growth.
