Role: HR Lead
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
The HR Lead will act as the strategic and executional anchor for the entire human resources function across corporate and site operations. This role will be pivotal in driving post-acquisition integration, building scalable HR frameworks, and shaping a high-performance culture aligned with rapid business expansion.
Operating with high autonomy, the role demands a hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance strategy, execution, and on-ground realities in a multi-location, asset-heavy environment.
Reporting To: Business Head
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership & Ownership
- Own the end-to-end HR function across corporate and site operations
2. M&A Integration & Change Management
- Lead HR integration of acquired businesses, including audit and harmonization of policies, SOPs, and structures
- Drive organization-wide change management to ensure smooth transitions and cultural alignment
3. Talent Acquisition & Performance Management
- Build and execute hiring strategies across corporate and blue-collar roles
- Establish performance management frameworks to drive accountability and productivity
4. Learning & Organizational Development
- Design and implement L&D and OD interventions to build leadership pipelines and enhance workforce capability
5. Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Engagement
- Manage industrial relations across sites, ensuring operational continuity
- Establish strong grievance redressal mechanisms and maintain a positive workforce environment
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, and administration across locations

- Act as the POSH custodian, ensuring adherence and awareness
7. Culture & Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
- Build a cohesive, performance-driven culture across diverse teams and geographies
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven ability to independently lead the HR function end-to-end
- Strong experience in Industrial Relations and blue-collar workforce management
- Background in logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, or asset-heavy sectors preferred
- Experience in M&A integration and change management is highly desirable
