Senior Associate - Consultancy

Requirement : The candidate may be a qualified Chartered Accountant
preferably 0-3 years of working experience (Male and female)

Budget: 7.5 Lakhs -14 lakhs (fixed + variable ) Position: Associate / Senior Associate

Job description:

The candidate would be involved in the following activities:

1. Advisory on structuring / setting up of entities in India & outside India.

2. Entity re-structuring based on the needs of the promoters.

3. Regulations based research & opinion assignments.

4. Price discovery / Statute based valuation assignments.

5. Due diligences for the purpose of M&A / fund raise transactions.

6. Transaction support services in case of M&A / fund raise events.

7. Restructuring of Family group businesses.

8. Advisory & setting up of Family trusts.

9. Advising tax & process efficient tax structures in relation to various transactions, such as:

a. Share transfers.

b. M&A.

c. Sale of immovable properties.

d. Joint Development agreements.

e. Exit of a Promoter / investors.

f. Closure of companies.

Skill sets:

2. The candidate should have service oriented, Go-getter, solution seeker mindset.

3. Require knowledge on the following statutes:

1. Income tax laws
2. Companies Act
3. FEMA
4. General knowledge on other matters
1. GST
2. Labour laws
3. Other applicable business laws
