Job Summary

Your primary purpose is to provide administrative support and assistance ensuring efficient operation of the office and seamless coordination of daily activities. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing incoming communications, in person admin delivery coordination, and handling mail and correspondence and other ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

As a Specialist, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve simple business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
• Managing Logistics.
• Maintaining records and databases.
• Handling communication with participants and trainers.
• Provide Administrative support.

• Qualification: Graduation should be B. Com / BBA / BBM / BMS
• Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)
• Experience (if applicable): 0 - 12 months of experience (Prior experience is not mandatory)
• Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Taxation
• Good Communication & Analytical skills
• Work location: Bangalore/Kolkata
