Job Summary

Vibedu Study Abroad is looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive for our Coimbatore office. The role involves business development, fieldwork, and building partnerships with schools and colleges to promote overseas education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
  
• Convert inquiries into successful applications and enrollments
• Conduct fieldwork and build partnerships with schools and colleges to organize student seminars, education fairs, and outreach programs
• Plan and execute seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events for student recruitment
• Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and application status in CRM systems
• Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams to ensure smooth processing
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets for applications and enrollments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners
• Stay updated on country-specific admission requirements, visa policies, and study abroad trends

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline

  Get Hired
  3 years of experience in business development (study abroad consultancy)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork, school, and college visits
• Target-driven with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
