Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Marketing Executive on a 6-month contractual basis for our client located in Dubai, UAE. The position is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs

The role is within the Marketing function as a generalist, supporting implementation of marketing programm and activities across print, digital, partnerships, sales enablement and events. The candidate should demonstrate good working knowledge of marketing processes, problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams under moderate guidance.

• Partnerships & compliance: Supplier onboarding, managing partnership/barter agreements, tracking deliverables.
• Sales enablement & materials: Assisting with brochures, decks, guides, and sponsorship visualizations for events.
• Website & content updates: Coordinating JIRA requests, following up on updates, ensuring accuracy of new content.
• Market research deliverables: Assisting with segmentation analysis, campaign input, and preparation of reports for sales and sponsorship.
• Event & campaign support: Speaker/video content liaison, influencer program admin, awards documentation, branding/supplier coordination.
• Routine communications & trackers: Drafting reminders, updates, and managing award/judging/admin trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 3 + years of relevant experience. Good to have events and exhibitions background
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
• Good working knowledge of marketing processes
• Practical expertise working with sales team and enabling the process.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally with moderate supervision
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
