Software Implementation Lead

Role Overview:
As Lead - Software Implementation, you will be the bridge between our product and our customers' success. You'll own end-to-end deployment of our AI-powered SaaS solution for mid to large B2B enterprises, ensuring seamless adoption, measurable business impact, and exceptional client experience.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and client engagement-someone who can translate business needs into tailored technical solutions and lead clients confidently from project kick-off to successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Implementation Lifecycle - Drive deployments from scoping to go-live, ensuring every milestone delivers value.
- Engage with Client Leadership - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and customize solutions.

- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams - Coordinate with internal product, tech, and support teams to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
- Manage Risks & Timelines - Proactively track dependencies, flag bottlenecks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Champion User Adoption - Conduct engaging training sessions, onboarding workshops, and post-launch optimization.
- Be the Customer's Voice - Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our product roadmap.
- Drive Retention & Impact - Ensure every deployment delivers tangible ROI, securing long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation / delivery in B2B SaaS / enterprise technology.
- Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution configuration.
- Domain exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical foundation: software, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity for clients.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent; Tier-1 academic pedigree and/or MBA from a reputed institution is a plus.
