Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls (US & Australian markets).
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and accuracy.
Resolve queries within SLA and maintain quality standards.
Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
Minimum 1 year International BPO (voice) experience mandatory.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Flexible to work in rotational US & Australian night shifts.
Comfortable with rotational 2 week offs.
