Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
Provide support to US and Australian customers.
Resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Minimum 1 year International BPO (voice) experience/ Freshers.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Flexible to work in rotational night shifts (US and Australian).
Comfortable with rotational 2 week offs.
Work from office Thane or Malad.

Salary: 21,000 40,000 per month
Shifts: Rotational 9 hours window shift US(5:30 pm- 9:30 am), UK(10:30 am- 4:30 am) & Australian(3:00 am- 3:00 pm)
Week Offs: Rotational 2 Week Offs
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.
