Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and delivering impactful product demonstrations to potential clients.
- This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about technology-driven sales.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers.
- Manage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategy and messaging.
- Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience post-closure.

- Experience: 14 years in outbound/inbound sales, business development, or SDR roles (preferably in SaaS or tech-based products).
- Education: B.Tech, B.E, IT, BCA, or MCA (technical background preferred).
- Proven experience in cold outreach, prospect qualification, and CRM management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value effectively.
- Prior experience in technical product sales or SaaS-based solutions will be a strong advantage.
