About The Role.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of our fast-growing international services organization operating across multiple geographies.
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and shareholders to drive sustainable growth, financial discipline, and capital efficiency.
The role requires expertise in global financial operations, building banking relationships, and organizing funding structures, ideally within a multinational services environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership for the Finance Function:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and executive leadership on growth, investments, profitability, and risk management.
- Define and execute the companys financial strategy, aligned with long-term business objectives set out by the Board.
- Lead financial planning to support expansion and operational scalability.
- Build financial models supporting new markets, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives.
Global Financial Operations:

- Oversee the finance function across multiple countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, India, Morocco, Philippines, USA) including accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Standardize financial processes globally.
- Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting across entities.
- Strengthen financial IT systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
Banking, Financing & Capital Management:
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead initiatives on debt structuring, bank financing, credit facilities, and working capital optimization.
- Support capital fundraising initiatives when required.
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage audits and regulatory reporting.
- Implement and enforce internal controls and financial risk management practices.
Business Partnership & Performance Optimization:
- Partner with business leaders to improve margins, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Provide financial insights supporting pricing strategies andclient profitability.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Provide leadership to the global finance team and the transactional services center in Bangalore and Manila.
- Strengthen the collaboration between the corporate finance team and the service center, with a focus on quality, productivity, and total cost of ownership.
- Develop and mentor regional finance professionals, ensuring strong succession planning and a sustainable leadership pipeline aligned with the companys long-term strategy.
Position Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / equivalent professional finance qualification required; MBA Finance preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive or CFO-level exposure.
- Proven experience managing global or multi-country finance operations.
- Strong background in bank financing, lender negotiations, and capital management.
- Experience within the services industry, BPO, outsourcing, or global services organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-cultural leadership teams.
