About Vidya Wires Limited:
Vidya Wires Limited is a trusted manufacturer of premium copper wires and allied products, committed to powering progress through innovation.
As we expand into the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our PV Ribbon product line across national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for PV Ribbon products, focusing on solar panel manufacturers and EPC contractors.

- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar PV.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to track trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, R&D, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
- Attend solar expos, energy summits, and industry events to promote the company and its PV solutions.
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets by developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals for senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales of PV ribbons or solar-related components.
- Strong network in the solar energy industry, especially with module manufacturers, EPCs, and distributors.
- In-depth understanding of PV technology and solar supply chains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, plant visits, and trade events.
