Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse functions including inventory management, stock control, and material dispatch at Tata Motors Finance.
• Material Handling: Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining the standards of Tata Motors Finance.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the integrity of products and materials in line with Tata Motors Finance standards.

• Resource Optimization: Enhance warehouse efficiency by optimizing space and resources to achieve cost savings and operational effectiveness at Tata Motors Finance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective coordination and execution of tasks to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Equivalent Graduate with relevant experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
