Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and manage all accounting work up to balance sheet finalization. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, SAP MUST
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting activities up to finalization of accounts and balance sheet.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.

• Experience in handling accounts independently up to balance sheet finalization.
